1.1 Search Control Task Reportβ
Step-by-Step Guideβ
Step 1: Navigate to Report Screenβ
From the main left-side menu, click on:
Production and Quality β Reports β Control Task Report
This opens the search filter screen for viewing reports.
Step 2: Apply Filters for Searchingβ
- IoT [optional] β Select the yes to get the IoT Data. [Only configured for the tenant who enable the IoT Configuration]
- Part [optional] β Select the part from the dropdown.
- Part Serial Number [optional] β Enter the serial number of the part (if available).
- Control Plan [optional] β Choose the applicable control plan.
- Process [optional] β Select the process to filter tasks.
- Machine [optional] β Choose the machine where the task was executed.
- Frequency [optional] β Select task frequency from the dropdown.
- Part Status [optional] β Filter records by part status.
- Task Type [optional] β Choose the type of task to track.
- Report From Date [Mandatory] β Select the starting date for the report.
- Report From Time [Mandatory] β Select the starting time for the report.
- Report To Date [Mandatory] β Select the ending date for the report.
- Report To Time [Mandatory] β Select the ending time for the report.
Click Search to display the filtered records.
Click Clear to reset all filters and refresh the report view.
Step 3: Click βSearchββ
Once the date range is selected, click on the green Search button.
To reset the form, click Clear.
1.2 View Control Task Reportβ
After clicking Search, you will see the report results in a tabular format.
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Date & Time | Exact timestamp of when the entry was recorded (date + time). |
| Date | Calendar date of the production or inspection. |
| Time | Specific time of the operation or inspection. |
| Shift | Working shift (e.g., A, B, C or Morning, Evening, Night). |
| Machine Name | Name or ID of the machine used in the process. |
| Control Plan | Control plan or reference number followed for the operation. |
| Process | Type of process performed (e.g., drilling, milling, grinding). |
| Process Quantity | Number of parts processed in the entry. |
| Part No | Part number or code for the component. |
| Part Serial No | Unique serial number for the part. |
| Part Status | Status of the part (e.g., Passed, Rejected, Accepted). |
| Operator Status | Status of the operator (e.g., Active, Idle, Break). |
| Task Type | Type of task performed (e.g., Operation, Inspection, Repair). |
| Other Frequency | Frequency of the task (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly). |
| Operator/Inspector Name | Name of the operator or inspector handling the task. |
| Rejection Single Word | One-word description of the rejection (e.g., Crack, Scratch, Dent). |
| Reason | Detailed reason for rejection or remarks. |
| Cycle Time (Sec) | Time taken to complete one cycle of the operation. |
| Handling Time (Sec) | Time taken by the operator to handle the part. |
| Overall Cycle Time (Sec) | Total time including cycle time and handling time. |
| Batch No | The batch number to which the part belongs. |
| Reference No | Additional reference number for traceability. |
You can also use the Search field (top-right) to filter report results by keyword.
1.3 Export Optionsβ
At the top of the results table, youβll see:
- Excel β Export the report as an Excel file.
- Print β Generate a print-friendly version of the report.

- Ensure date formats are consistent when filtering.
- Exported Excel files retain the same column structure.
- Printing may require browser permissions or settings adjustments.
